Summer is coming up and hunting season is – in most cases – over. But the time is always right for game meat.
It is always time for game meat, for at least two reasons:
• Game meat is generally very lean and therefore keeps well in the freezer.
• Game meat is by far the most sustainable and eco-friendly form of meat.
