Professional Secrets user terms

Professional Secrets hopes that using our community will be a happy experience and further enhance your food preparation pleasure. We believe the vast majority of our food-loving members have joined our community for all the right reasons, but we nevertheless are obliged to draw your attention to some rules of conduct to ensure everyone can feel comfortable.

Netiquette and usage

Professional Secrets requires all members to act in line with proper netiquette, which implies showing good judgment and etiquette on the Internet. Professional Secrets reserves the right to unilaterally evict any members or members who do not comply with proper netiquette.

The Professional Secrets community is a meeting place for people interested in food and its preparation and cooking and is to be solely used for this purpose.

Recipes

Professional Secrets reserves the right to use posted recipes and pictures. For members who chose to terminate their membership, Professional Secrets retains the right to continue to use previously posted recipes under another name.

Cookies

Professional Secrets uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that is stored on a user’s computer and holds data. Cookies can hold data specific to a particular member and are used to reach a particular user and simplify use of our services.

Copyright Act

Professional Secrets own the copyright, trademark and/or other immaterial rights attributable to this community and its services.

Swedish law

Under Swedish law, one has the right to copy other people’s recipes if they are not considered of artistic value (for example written in verse). However, photographs are protected by copyright. For this reason, users can only post photographs that are photographed/created/owned by you, and not by other people.

Each member is personally responsible for all the material they post and that such material does not violate the Copyright Act.

Personal Data Act

Professional Secrets will store personal data to be able to administer membership. This data will not be passed on to any other third party.

The data will be used to send special offers and information such as newsletters.
If you do not want to receive such offers, please contact us and your personal data will be blocked. If you want to terminate your membership, your personal data will be erased.

Professional Secrets reserves the right to change these terms at any given time.

The user approves the Terms of Use listed above by registering as a member of the Professional Secrets community.
