Don’t throw it overboard. It’s not famous for its looks, but the flesh tastes good.
How to cook bullhead
Turn the tasty, white flesh into soup. The fillets/pieces will tend to be small so put them in at the last minute.

Fish soup. Wait until all the guests have said how good it is before you tell them what it’s made of.
